Jon Stevenson

Jon is a corporate attorney who partners with entrepreneurs and innovators to navigate the critical legal and strategic challenges that arise throughout the venture lifecycle.

As corporate counsel, Jon advises startups, growth-stage companies, nonprofits, and investment funds on a wide range of governance and structural matters, including entity formation, organizational design, capital raising, angel and venture financing, private offerings, and incentive equity plans.

As transaction counsel, Jon represents both buy-side and sell-side clients in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sales, private securities transactions, joint ventures, partnership structuring, transaction tax planning, and bank and venture debt financings.

As contract counsel, Jon drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements, including software development contracts, licensing deals, SaaS agreements, and online Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
