Jacob Avetisian

Jake joined KMCY as a law clerk during his second year of law school at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as Chief of Staff of the Ohio State Technology Law Journal and earned multiple awards for his exceptional coursework.  During his time as a law clerk, Jake worked with the Firm’s partners to help facilitate solutions for clients facing a wide range of legal issues, and was able to gain hands-on experience with each aspect of client representation.

Jake became interested in the transactional side of the legal profession during law school, and has built on this interest during his time at KMCY.  Jake’s practice is focused on corporate and small business representation and general real estate matters.

Jake serves his clients with a sharp attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  He hopes to continue honing his legal skills through collaboration with the KMCY partners to ensure that each of the Firm’s clients receives exceptional representation.
