Brian Menge

Brian focuses his practice on commercial litigation and is experienced in a wide range of areas related to contract disputes, insurance subrogation, real estate, construction, landlord/tenant issues and commercial/consumer collections. Known for his excellent research and writing skills, Brian has achieved a high level of success winning cases on dispositive motions based on substantive arguments.

In addition to his litigation work, Brian assists the firm in transactional drafting related to construction, business and real estate matters.

When not busy helping clients, Brian is an avid Cleveland sports fan, plays on a men’s league soccer team, and enjoys golfing and bowling.
